This is a prefabricated secondary substation which includes a distribution transformers, medium voltage switchgear, low voltage switchboard, terminals and associated equipment in a compact unit. This is designed as per IEC61330 standard. The substation can be either walk in type or non-walk in type. Natural ventilation through openings in the substation keeps the electrical equipment cool. Available degree of protection is IP23 or IP54. These are available up to 3000kVA, 40.5 kV.
